Positioned within a 450 mt walk of the Kurrajong Village centre with its cafes and unique shopping, this totally private residence is a delightful place to sit back and unwind from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives. Within easy driving distance to many of the district's wedding and function centres including Loxley On Bellbird Hill (4 minutes) and the Turpentine Tree (8 minutes), it won't disappoint guests attending weddings or holidaymakers alike.
-The accommodation offers two delightful queen bedrooms (4 guests in total), both with en-suites and both opening to balconies.
-An additional single bedroom is available upon request, this must be indicated at the time of booking (additional charges apply- $50.00 per night) This enables 5 guests at the property.
-Well-equipped Cooks kitchen with 900mm stainless oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. --
-Comfortable open plan living room which opens onto balconies on both sides. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout. -Wifi internet and Smart TV.
-The grounds are a delight with winding paths and sandstone features, organic vegetable and herb gardens, several varieties of fruit, olive and citrus trees and a chicken coup.
- 2.2 Kva Solar system plus solar hot water with gas booster help reduce our environmental impact.
- 2 car garaging available for guests

Beautiful property
Rebecca D - 11th May 2023A beautiful property that was perfect for our group which consisted of two couples and one young adult attending a wedding in the local area. The large kitchen area worked well for entertaining and all the extras provided for our use made our stay so easy. No need to run to the shops for any essentials ! Breakfast on the sunny front deck was such a great way to start the day and when the rain clouds and cold winds rolled in the next day, the central heating kept us cosy and warm.

Jason T - 25th June 2022This house is great! Warm vibes, very clean and well spaced, great amenities and large garden with a Chicken Coop that my nephew loved! Location wise was also great being close to local shops and a local park with play equipment. Its also a easy drive to nearby towns for some more exploration! Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay to get away from the city for a few days. Thank you
