Set on Kookootonga Nut Farm in its own private garden, the cottage won't disappoint the holidaymaker looking for an authentic mountain experience in a quiet and easily accessible location.

  • Cosy lounge room including reverse cycle air conditioning, gas heating and Tv/Dvd player

  • Well equipped country-style kitchen including dishwasher and coffee pod machine.

  • Sunny dining room overlooking the front garden

  • Lovely sunroom - the perfect place to curl up with a book and enjoy the bird life and quiet mountain ambience.

  • Family-style bathroom and separate toilet.

  • Available for guest use is a portable cot, with sheets and highchair.

  • Cottage garden overlooking nut orchard

  • Single car garage + additional driveway parking.

Beautiful property

The cottage is clean and very comfortable, framed in beautiful plants, flowers, and a pretty little farm. The location is otherworldly - Jurassic-style tree ferns and misty mountain view.

Very beautiful and calm place which is ideal for a holiday with the family. Kids loved it.. The amenities were excellent and perfectly arranged small house. Special thanks to Jeanette for continuous communication with helpful instructions
