Fantastic place for some time out to relax and unwind.

A cozy little cabin, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Kick back in the woodfired hot-tub, curl up by the fire with a good book, explore the beautiful gardens surrounding or go, and handfeed the adorable little donkeys and their horse friends. This place was fantastic for some time out to relax and unwind.

A beautiful escape from the city

A beautiful escape from the city. Loved the fireplace & very generous with the amenities. Surrounded by friendly farm animals & beautiful green grounds. Extremely thoughtful hosts, they provided a very helpful guidebook to the surrounding area & also heartwarming treats in the fridge for us including locals Jams and ciders and their farm raised eggs!

Such a pretty and peaceful location in Bilpin.

Thoroughly enjoyed a few quiet days away from home with just husband and I. I booked this getaway at the very last minute as a little surprise to celebrate my husbands birthday. We really enjoyed our stay and was only 1.5 hrs away from home. Highlights for us were the sounds of birds, waking up to roosters crowing, and feeding horses carrots. Appreciated the history of the property and owners. Also, thank you for the lovely local goodies in the fridg

We just loved our stay here - it was everything we needed.

The cottage is cozy and well-appointed with a gorgeous fire, air-conditioning and electric blankets for mountain winter nights. Fresh farm eggs, lovely marmalade and bread for breakfast were thoughtful touches. Many of the animals on the property are rescues - we loved feeding them and learning their stories from Peter. Best of all was the ability to bring our dog. I see a couple of reviews mentioning the rooster. In my opinion, being amongst animals is part of the joy of it all !
