Stylish and Exclusive couples self contained accommodation a short 15 minutes drive to Bilpin town centre and a myriad of eateries, pick your own fruit orchards and cellar doors.
Sunnydell endeavours to supply you with a breakfast hamper which includes - bacon, eggs, butter, milk, a "Grumpy Baker" loaf of bread, honey porridge, strawberry jam, tea and coffee for plunger and apple juice. The contents may vary from time to time :)

Beautiful location far away from the noise and chaos
Melissa B - 11th May 2023The property was extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. The horses, bird life and beautiful Australian bush land right at your doorstep were definitely the highlights! I would definitely visit again.
The place is quiet and tranquil, and it definitely feels like we left the city behind
Ecat C - 4th August 2022My partner and I were so relaxed during our stay. Jeanette is always quick to respond and made sure things were ok when we were there. Alan and the 3 friendly dogs kindly greeted us on arrival. The indoor fireplace and fire pit outside were perfect for our winter stay. And lucky us even got to see the abundance of stars on a clear night.

I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves animals or just wants some tranquility. Bird seed was an amazing touch, it was amazing to see so many varieties of birds right on the balcony. Would definitely stay again!

Gabrielle V - 22nd June 2022Gabrielle Amazing. We had a really wonderful few days at Sunnydell and would happily come back again! Allan the caretaker and his wife were wonderful, really kind and accomodating and made us feel at home. The fireplace and outdoor fire-pit that was set up for us was extra special. The property is beautiful and quintessential blue mountains with stunning foliage especially in winter. Horses were friendly and really enjoyed our apples. Supplies provided for the kitchen and bathroom was A-grade. O
