The expansive estate has ample space and amenities, making it a relaxed and effortless stay for families and groups. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a powder room, two living rooms, a study room, an open plan kitchen, and a formal dining room.

Things to note.

Price is based on 8 guests in total. The property can accommodate up to 10 guests subject to an additional charge per person per night to use the sofa beds and linen. Please select the correct number of guests when booking.

One pet is allowed subject to our pet policy.

Tiverton is for the enjoyment of paying guests and does not allow parties, pre-wedding occasions, weddings, functions, schoolies, or gatherings of any kind.

Our caretaker lives in a neighbouring property for any issues that may arise.
A pre authorised amount of $500 will be held on your assigned credit card for any damages or excess cleaning/rubbish removal. Please ensure funds are available as access information will not be provided until funds are held. Funds will be secured 2 days prior to arrival and released within 7 days.

No smoking inside the house. Ashtrays are provided on the verandas.

Children must be always supervised by an adult.

Single level house with a few steps from car parking to the veranda. Walker is available upon request.
Note - Full reservation payment is due seven days prior to check in. For Christmas & Easter periods full payment is due thirty days prior to arrival.

Amazing Family getaway at Kurrajobg Heights
Jwalantkumar P - 11th June 2024What an amazing location property house and views. Right from check in experience to property maintenance Iris property staff are amazing. I Cannot forget the feeling of awe of the Tiverton property as i drove up the long driveway. The views from the porch was just mind blowing. Can see the city from there. Rooms were immaculate, heater fireplace set up for use. Kids loved the exploring space in gardens and basketball ring. They stayed off the devices All in all a great family getaway. Thank u.

Jeanette was very helpful and responsive in the upcoming months assisting with any knowledge I required about the property and location. It was perfect! The surroundings were so serene and such a great place to disconnect and spend time teaching with people you love! As we were doing a final checks and locking the front door we looked at each other and said we will have to come back next year
